Pumpkin Spice Latte

A variation on the classic with all plant-based colors and flavors
- 1 shot espresso
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/8 tsp clove
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 oz frothed whole milk
Brew a shot of espresso
Heat pumpkin puree, water and spices on the stove. Mix well and heat through
Add pumpkin spice infusion to the espresso
Add maple syrup, stir to combine
froth milk using a frother or another preferred method
Pour the frothed milk over the espresso and pumpkin spice mixture, fill to the brim of your mug
Place mug on Ripple Maker tray and print jack-o-lantern design
Shine a black light on your drink for full effect when serving
