Whiskey Chai Sour

A spicy holiday twist on a classic

Shaker
Strainer
150 ml (5 oz) glass
Ripple Maker

60 ml Chai-infused Whiskey
30 ml Lemon Juice (approx. half a lemon)
20 ml Caramel Syrup
20 ml aquafaba (chickpea brine) (or 1 egg white)

Add all ingredients to shaker
Dry shake for 20 seconds
Wet shake for 40 seconds
Double-strain
Print your favorite holiday design and garnish with cinnamon
