Smooth and silky, this beautiful coral-colored cocktail was made famous in Japan more than a century ago and has started to make its way West. One of our favorite mixologists, bar consultant Bob Peters, introduced us to this delightful new-to-us classic.

Million Dollar Cocktail

A sweet, delicate cocktail that tastes like a million bucks

  • Shaker
  • Strainer
  • Ripple Maker II Pro
  • 60 ml Gin
  • 30 ml Sweet vermouth
  • 20 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 20 ml Aquafaba
  • 10 ml Grenadine

  1. Add all ingredients to your shaker, without ice

  2. Dry shake for 30 seconds

  3. Add ice, wet shake for 30 seconds

  4. Double-strain into your glass, fill to the brim

  5. Place glass on Ripple Maker tray, select and print your favorite design
