Pumpkin Spice Latte

A handful of ingredients, including real pumpkin puree, goes into this Fall classic.
- Espresso Machine
- Teaspoons
- Whisk
- Wide mouth mason jar (optional)
- Your favorite mug
- Ripple Maker
- 2 shots espresso
- 8 oz milk (Whole milk works best. Oat milk is a froth-friendly substitution.)
- 3 Tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup (or to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Make the espresso. Pour into your mason jar.
Add the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, spices, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to your mug.
Steam and froth the milk. Fill mug to the brim.
