
Bourbon Apple Smash

A custom twist on a classic favorite that tastes like apple pie in a glass.
- Muddler
- Cocktail Shaker
- Strainer
- Ripple Maker
- 1/2 apple, coarsely chopped (plus slices for garnish)
- 60 ml bourbon
- 40 ml cinnamon whiskey
- 40 ml Monin Caramel
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml aquafaba (chickpea brine, a vegan egg white substitute)
Muddle the apple with the whiskey
Add all other ingredients to you glass
Dry shake for 20 seconds, then wet shake for up to a minute
Double-strain into your cocktail glass
